Membership Form:

  • You can use this form to apply for membership to the Allied Arts Association , or to renew an existing membership.
  • Mail the completed form and your dues to P. O. Box 184, Cambria, CA 93428, or deliver it to The Old Grammar School gallery.
    If you wish to have a receipt, include a self-addressed, stamped return envelope.

Gallery Exhibit Forms

  1. Grand Opening Celebration of Best Works of Art.
    • The event should showcase your best works of art to the community and visitors. This is a wonderful time to share with the public the vast range of styles found in the ranks of Cambria Allied Arts.   View/Print entry form for this exhibit.

January- 2010 Cambria Art & Wine Festival & *Form:

  • Winner of the Poster Contest for 2010:  Howard Kline of Cambria.
  • Festival Date: January 29 30 & 31, 2010.
  • Event tickets online at CambriaArtWine.org (after 10/01/2009) or at the Cambria Chamber of Commerce.
  • Artist participates in the festival must submit a registration form no later than January 5, 2010.
  • Register early (TODAY) to become eligible to win prizes and event tickets.
  • *Registration form can be printed or filled in online with Adobe Reader.

May- Petals & Palettes Art and Flower Show Form:

  • This form is required for each painting entered into the show on Saturday, May 16th and Sunday, May 17th, 2009.
  • Receiving day is Friday, May 15 between 9:30 am and 1:00 pm at the Cambria Veterans Hall, West Village.
  • Fill out all three forms in this entry form. Please Print or Type.
  • Members pay an entry fee of $8 per painting, non-members $12 on the receiving day.

July- Prefix 927 (Non Traditional) Art Exhibition Entry Form:

  • (Revised) Exhibition Date: July 25 & July 26, 2009
  • (Revised) Entry Date: July 24 - 10 AM to 2 PM
  • Entry Forms mailed by July 17th is preferred, but will also be accepted at the door on the Entry Date.

September- Pinedorado Show Entry Form:

  • Entry Form:  Mail in the entry form by August 21 or drop off at The Old Grammar School Gallery.
  • Entry Date:  Bring in your artwork on Friday, September 4 between 10 AM and 2 PM.
  • Place:  Veterans' Memorial Hall, Cambria, West Village.
  • Show Dates:
    • Sept. 5 Sat: Noon to 5 PM
    • Sept. 6 Sun: 10 AM to 5 PM
    • Sept. 7 Mon: 10 AM to 4 PM
  • Qualification:  The artist must be 16 yrs. of age or older. A resident or property owner in San Luis Obispo County, or a member of Allied Arts.  View/Print the complete list of rules.

October- Art in the Pines (juried show) Form:

  • The juror for this year’s juried show is plein air watercolorist and Morro Bay resident, Chris Van Winkle. You can view some of his work on his website at http://web.mac.com/christianvanwinkle/chrisvw/ Home.html
  • For the Juried Show, prizes will be $300, $200, $100 and 6 honorable mentions, $50 each.

    • Oct. 5 Mon: 10 AM to Noon, Bring in paintings
    • Oct. 6 Tue: 10 AM to Noon, Pick up unaccepted paintings
    • Oct. 7 Wed:  6 PM to 7:30 PM, Awards and Reception
