April is Allied Arts Association Juried Exhibit of Paintings.   Jurior of Selection and Awards is KRISTOPHER DOE.  These entries should reflect artist wide variety of styles. The juror will be looking for works of art that challenge the viewer through artistic ability, creativity and imagination.   View/Print Juried Show Entry Form		Cambria Fiber Arts Show with featured artist Judy Schuster and Friends. This will also be a juried show open to other fiber artist. Allied Arts will co-sponsor this exhibit with The Cambria Ball and Skein Shop. June 1 - July 4 Plein Air Painters of the Hearst Castle		July 9 - Aug 1 Whispers and Shouts
June 1 – July 4 Plein Air Painters of the Hearst Castle show & sale. The featured artists were selected to paint at Hearst Castle for a Friends of Hearst Castle Fundraiser. Artists have agreed to have their paintings available for viewing following the Hearst Castle event for the month of June. These are some of California’s finest plein air painters. Local painters will also be on display. The show is at The Old Grammar School Gallery located at 1350 Main Street in Cambria. Call for hours. View/Print Plein Air Exhibit Entry Form		July 9 – Aug. 1 Whispers and Shouts, referring to the creative process, will be Lynn Rathbun’s theme as featured artist this month. You will see portraits, landscapes, still life and things in between from this multi talented artist. This show will also be open to all artists and will not be juried. Aug 6 - Sept 6 Wish You Were Here: artwork from the road		Sept 10 - Oct 3 All Sculpture Exhibit
This exhibit brings together two featured artists that shared a love of painting, traveling, ceramics, political iconoclasm and good humor. Bob Young was a talented artist in various media, a cartoonist and illustrator. He passed away in December of 2009. Steve Kellogg enjoys ceramic sculpture, plein air painting, dramatic landscapes, and the spontaneity of watercolor. This is a non-juried exhibit. View/Print Wish You Were Here Entry Form		Featuring Lucie Ryan and friends.  This show will feature three-dimensional work in all media and styles. Lucie works in clay and bronze and her figurative sculptures are both mythical and real, timeless and modern. It will be devoted solely to three-dimensional pieces, and will feature artists who work and show in California and elsewhere. Please contact Lucie at lryan@lucieryan.com and attach a photo of your work if you intend to participate, as space must be planned and there are already several large pieces.
