2009 Holiday
Small Works & Gift Gala

The Gift Gala will feature items for sale in the gallery. They should retail for between $5 and $150
(including the small works) and be suitable for gift giving throughout the year.

They can be anything that is HAND-MADE or Hand decorated.
Paintings and Sculptures; Craft items; Items made of glass, wood, whatever.

There will be No Hanging Fee or Entry Fee. We would request that each participant brings in
2-3 dozen Cookies for the open house on Thursday, December 3rd (This is Hospitality night).

Allied Arts will handle sales and sales taxes and will retain a 25% commission.

Nov 30 10 to noon	Exchange Day View/Print a gallery tasks form

Dec 3	Opening day

Dec 3 6 - 7:30 p.m.	Reception is Cambria Hospitality night

Dec 27	Last day of the show

Dec 28 10 - noon	Pick-up Day. Everything in the Gallery MUST BE cleared out.


All Paintings or 2-dimensional work should be no larger than 200 square inches including frame. Ex. "10 x 20" or "12 x 12" or any combination which is under 200 sq. ins. NOTE: This year we will be short of floor & table space. If at all possible please provide a way of hanging on the wall.
Each person should arrive with an inventory list of all merchandise.

All craft items should be labeled with price tags with the following information:
   1) Your initials (Please include middle initial when possible). Ex. JAR for Jane Ann Rap
   2) Item number. Ex. #3 for item #3 on your list
   3) Item price. Ex. $5.00
